If you're looking to place an online order with our website, we've made the process easy and straightforward. Once your order is placed, our warehousing team will get to work fulfilling it as soon as possible and you will be provided with tracking informationonce your order is shipped. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Our available shipping options and estimated timeframes include: Blvck Standard (8-12 business days) -- $6.99 Blvck Express (4-7 business days) -- $30.00 DHL (2-4 business days) -- $45

One of the great things about shopping with Velvet Blvck is that you have lots of different payment options! Your chosen method of payment will be charged as soon as you place the order, meaning that we can get started on preparing and shipping your items right away. Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to change the payment method or currency.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Credit card or debit Visa card
Sezzle: we offer the option to pay in 4 interest-free installments. To use this method of payment, simply select "Sezzle" at checkout. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the Velvet Blvck website.
Velvet Blvck Gift Cards: to pay using a gift card, simply enter the card digits at checkout. Should a balance be owig after your gift card amount is applied, a prompt to pay by another payment method will appear.
Store Credit: to pay using store credit, ensure you are logged in to your Velvet Blvck profile before placing your order. The amount of store credit will then be automatically deducted from the total. Additionally, Velvet Blvck store credit does not expire and can be used at any time!
Discount codes are a great way to save money on your online purchases. To apply your discount code, simply enter it at checkout. Some tips to keep in mind: make sure the code is entered correctly, and be aware of any expiration date. Most importantly, have fun shopping!
